Triplet girls are potty about Beatrix Potter!

We always love welcoming Beatrix Potter fans to the Attraction, but last weekend was very special – we welcomed our first set of triplets on their first ever holiday and they surely must be Peter Rabbit’s cutest fans!  Parents Neil and Victoria Bond, along with adorable 5 months old girls Amelia, Bella and Charlotte travelled all the way from Norwich in Norfolk to sunny Bowness-on-Windermere to introduce their brand new little family to the magic of Beatrix Potter.

Before the triplets were born, Neil and Victoria, already big fans of Beatrix Potter  decorated the nursery with a large mural of their favourite characters and had already made a visit to the Lakes to buy their first teddies from the World of Beatrix Potter gift shop.  The triplets, who were born within 4 minutes of each other have a Peter Rabbit, a Jemima-puddleduck and Benjamin Bunny in their cots and will certainly get to know the stories as they grow up.

I’ve waited years to bring my children to World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, so to say I’m excited is an understatement!

Victoria

Each of the girls were wearing a special Peter Rabbit outfit from the new Mothercare collection and looked absolutely gorgeous among the bunnies and mice in the exhibition.  It was a delight to welcome such a wondeful family and we congratulate Neil and Victoria, along with grandparents Carolynn and Bob on their lovely family who were certainly making the most of their family holiday in the Lakes.

The World of Beatrix Potter prides itself on being a family friendly attraction from our Tea Room to shop to exhibition to staff – so triplets were no problem to us!  Our family friendly venue can accommodate buggies, bottles, nappies and triplet schedules with ease and we look forward to welcoming back the Bond family as the girls grow up.  We hope they will be fans for life!
